The Examina

The Examina is a social reflection card game designed to create communities of purpose and belonging. The game includes four different decks, each focused on one of four reflective practices:

• Story Crafting helps us share stories about who we are.

• Insight Gathering helps us understand what’s been happening.

• Intention Setting helps us take action in the near future.

• Future Crafting helps to clarify who we want to be.

Each 60–90 minute session builds Reflective Intelligence: the capacity to understand what truly matters. By turning inner reflection into a shared social experience, The Examina deepens personal insight, strengthens relationships, and helps individuals and groups live and lead with greater meaning and purpose.
