Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take for my order to ship after I place it?
Orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed before 2pm PT are typically processed same day.
Orders placed after 2pm PT or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
What carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS Standard Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail for standard orders, and UPS or UPS Express for expedited orders.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number automatically via email as soon as your shipping label is created. Note that tracking may show activity the following day if the carrier hasn't made their daily pickup yet
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States & Canada only.

What if my game arrives damaged or defective?
We're sorry if that happened. Email us at team@reflectiveintelligence.org with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
Something isn't right with my order — what do I do?
Reach out to us directly at team@reflectiveintelligence.org with your order number and we'll sort it out. We handle every order personally and will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
